Months ahead of what would’ve been their three-year anniversary, the high-profile Hip-Hop duo split earlier this year and left many to wonder what could’ve caused the breakup given the other headline-grabbing news Meg was attached to at the time (i.e. Tory Lanez trial).

As heard in the clip above, ‘Cobra’ is lined with lyrics that suggest an ex cheated on her during a difficult time in her life.
“Pulled up, caught him cheatin’, gettin’ his d-ck sucked in the same spot I’m sleepin’ / Lord, give me a break, I don’t know how much more of this sh-t I can take,” she raps in the soul-baring song.
Although she did not mention Fontaine by name, the Rap diva’s fans assumed the timeline of the her most recent tribulations place him as the only suitable perpetrator.
Sending his name to trending status on social media just minutes after the song’s release, Stallion’s fans hurled insults, threats, and even death wishes to Pardi in droves.
Ouch! At writing, Meg has not confirmed if Pardi is the ex being referenced and he has not responded to the hoopla.
